High School Varsity Baseball Head Coach for the Hankinson-Fairmount-Campbell-Tintah-Lidgerwood-Rosholt (HFCTLR) Coop
Job Description:
The high school varsity baseball head coach should be prepared to supervise, lead and develop baseball players.
Essential Functions:
• Provides supervision and leadership for the team
• Provides instruction to develop the baseball skill sets of participating student-athletes
• Organizes and facilitates daily practices and team-specific game day functions
• Oversees coaching support staff
• Reports to the Athletic Directors
Qualifications:
• Be available for the entire employment period, inclusive of all training
• Utilize an engaging approach, recognizing that student-athletes learn in a variety of ways
• Possess the ability to form relationships with students and parents
• Communicate effectively with Athletic Directors, assistant coaches, student-athletes, and their families as needed
